Buying at Wine 66 is easy and safe:

  1. Browse through our catalogue and get to know the selection of wines;
  2. Add the products to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or place your order;
  3. If you wish to process the order, you have the option to pay without registering;
  4. The system will show you the shipping costs;
  5. Select a payment method;
  6. Confirm the order;
  7. You will receive an email confirming the order.

The shipping costs are calculated once the address and the products to be shipped have been entered.

After shipment, orders are delivered in approximately:

  • 72 hours in mainland Portugal; 
  • 15 working days in Madeira and Azores; 
  • 4 to 7 working days in mainland Spain; 
  • 6 to 9 working days in the rest of Europe.

The shipping costs are the costs of transporting the package to its final destination. This cost can be simulated in the online shop by following the steps below:

1º – Add the products you wish to order to the shopping basket;

2º – Access the shopping basket in “View and edit basket”;

3º – Fill in the fields of the simulator in “Simulate shipping” with the country, town and postcode of the address to which it will be sent;

4º – Select the option ‘’Shipping‘’ where the shipping costs will be calculated.

Methods of payment

    • Credit card.
    • ATM and MBway Multibanco: The information with the ATM reference for the payment is sent to your e-mail address MBway: The payment must be confirmed in the MBway application on your mobile phone. You only have 5 minutes to complete this operation, after which time the operation is automatically cancelled by the MBway service.

Wine 66 undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or that the credit card brands or the acquiring bank consider may harm or negatively influence the customer. The following activities are prohibited by the card brand programmes: the sale or offer of a product or service that does not fully comply with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder or cards.

All payment transactions are carried out through a secure server, based on the SSL standard, which guarantees the total confidentiality of your credit card details. This data is encrypted and is never stored on our servers.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified by e-mail of the shipment number and the link through which you can track the status of your shipment. If you have placed your order while logged in, you can track the shipment via ‘My account’..

The purchase of products from the Wine 66 online shop is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All alcoholic beverages available for sale in the Wine 66 online shop may only be purchased by persons of legal age in their country of residence. 
  2. Information about the various products available in the Wine 66 online shop, such as their description, image and other characteristics, may be changed without prior notice. 
  3. All prices shown in the Wine66 online shop are subject to change without notice and are always subject to possible future stock availability. 
  4. As described in the current Portuguese legislation, W66 is obliged to add VAT at the legal rates of 6%, 13% and 23% to all its products. The prices advertised in the Garcias online shop always include VAT. VAT can be deducted for public or private companies as long as they are legally registered in an EU country. 
  5. In the event that Wine66 is unable to deliver all or part of a customer’s order, it will immediately contact the customer to find together the best solution to the problem. 
  6. Promotional actions launched on the Wine66 online shop may differ from the promotions applied to our sales team. 
  7. You may return items ordered on the Wine66 website in their entirety if there are no signs of use, up to the 14th calendar day after delivery. 
  8. Returns policy: if you have purchased an item on our website, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the products ordered to return your order free of charge (except for the cost of returning the products) and without giving any reason. You can do this as long as the items are in the same condition in which they were sold, in their original packaging and unopened. You can return a product within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns of products that are broken, damaged or in poor condition.
To return an order, you must contact us by sending an email to atendimento@wine66.eu or via the form, explaining the reasons for the return.
If the product is broken, damaged or in poor condition, Wine 66 may request photographs of the condition of the product. In these cases, Wine 66 will bear the cost of returning the product.
If the order is correct but the customer has changed his mind, or does not agree with any of the products, he will have seven days to return them. All products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs to our facilities will be paid by the customer. Once received and checked, we will proceed to the payment of the same amount for which the customer purchased the product.

You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been shipped. You will receive an email each time we change the status of your order.

What days and times are deliveries made?
It depends on the type of delivery and the transport company chosen. In general, products are delivered from Monday to Friday.
