Produced from typical Alentejo grape varieties, it uses ancestral fermentation in clay amphorae. It reveals itself as a vivid red with aromas of pomegranate, macerated cherries, and hints of raw cocoa. On the palate, the fresh acidity is notable, and the soft tannins anchor the flavors.
