The Canaiolo grape is one of the oldest in the Tuscany region. This wine is the result of biodynamic farming, with vines up to 60 years old. Hand-harvested, aged for 6 months in oak barrels. Notes of flowers and red fruits, especially pomegranate and plum. Soft and elegant tannins. Great persistence on the palate. Sulfite-free wine
