Saint Jean du Barroux is the winery responsible for some of the purest expressions of wine from Provance, a region of France that is a mecca for wine lovers from all over the world. Former chemist Philippe Gimel enlisted the help of renowned geologist Claude Bourguignon to find the perfect terroir. Together they chose the slopes of Le Barroux in Ventoux.

The 16 hectares of old vines are meticulously farmed organically and harvested by hand. All to protect the land and enhance its impressive terroir, which grows Syrah, Grenache and other cultivated grape varieties.
